All purchases are shipped via United States Postal Service and can expect to arrive three to five business days from the date the order was processed. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package, otherwise your order may be returned to us. You will receive emails from UPS directly giving you updates on your package, please check your spam folders. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be shipped for tracking information to become available.
In the unlikelihood that you’re somehow unsatisfied with your Peter & Lois purchase, you have 30 days from the date of shipment. All refunds made within 30 days will be returned in the original form of payment.
The return process usually takes from one to two weeks, including time of receiving the package to the refund back into your account. We will send out an email confirmation immediately once your return is processed.
Simply contact our customer service at email@example.com with a brief description of the product you are returning and why. Please be sure to include the item’s style, color and size that you’d like in exchange. Once we receive the product you are returning, we will mail out your new item.
If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, you will receive an email or phone call letting you know. We then will work with you to figure out how you would best like to sub out the missing product.
