What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
How long does it take to ship?
All purchases are shipped via United States Postal Service and can expect to arrive three to five business days from the date the order was processed. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package, otherwise your order may be returned to us. You will receive emails from UPS directly giving you updates on your package, please check your spam folders. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be shipped for tracking information to become available.
What is your return policy?
In the unlikelihood that you’re somehow unsatisfied with your Peter & Lois purchase, you have 30 days from the date of shipment. All refunds made within 30 days will be returned in the original form of payment.
What do I need to include for my return to be properly processed?
Please include a detailed description of the reason for your return along with the order number and your complete address. Please note Peter & Lois has the right to approve or refuse all returns.
How long will it take to receive my refund after it is processed?
The return process usually takes from one to two weeks, including time of receiving the package to the refund back into your account. We will send out an email confirmation immediately once your return is processed.
What steps do I need to do for an exchange?
Simply contact our customer service at customerservice@peterandlois.com with a brief description of the product you are returning and why. Please be sure to include the item’s style, color and size that you’d like in exchange. Once we receive the product you are returning, we will mail out your new item.
Do the T-shirts and hoodies shrink?
All of our products will shrink slightly after the first wash and dry.
How are the t-shirts cut?
Our t-shirts have a slim/athletic fit.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or internationally?
No, at this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.
What happens if an item I order suddenly becomes out of stock?
If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, you will receive an email or phone call letting you know. We then will work with you to figure out how you would best like to sub out the missing product.
